Therapy for Adults:
CST is a gentle, profound method of easing away restrictions in the head, neck, spine and pelvis, relieving pain and restoring function. Focus is given to connective tissues, musculature and cranial bones to improve flexibility and mobility. Treatment may include SomatoEmotional Release- a therapeutic process using CST touch and dialogue which helps rid your body of stored physical and emotional distress to improve energy, freedom from associated pain, promoting a sense of tranquility and wellness.

Occupational Therapy for Children
Aubrie will evaluate developmental areas of concern, listen to caregiver goals and create a treatment plan to improve a child's ability to perform daily tasks, maximize independence with self-care skills, and enhance sensory processing/ self-regulation skills.
CranioSacral Therapy for Infants, Children & Teens
Early life in utero or during delivery, can set a pattern in motion that may not support ultimate development. CST helps correct these physical restrictions, memories or emotions that could be limiting growth and development.
CST is gentle and effective for infants and toddlers with a variety of concerns, including (but not limited to):
Any difficulty in labor and/ or bonding
Breastfeeding challenges/ latching concerns
Sleeping concerns, fussy, hard to soothe
Torticollis- tendency to turn head to only one side
Plagiocephaly- head misshapen, flat surface or has bumps or ridges
Digestive issues, including colic, reflux and constipation
